mumulabs(이하 "개발자")는 쉐도잉코리안 앱(Shadowing Korean: TOPIK Prep, 이하 "앱")을 광고 수익으로 무료 제공합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

[필수 항목]

소셜 로그인 시 해당 플랫폼이 제공하는 계정 식별자(Google·Apple 식별자, 사용자가 동의한 경우 이메일·닉네임)
게스트(비로그인)로 이용하면 위 항목을 수집하지 않습니다.

학습 기록(학습한 문장, 발음 점수, 연속 학습일, 연습 기록)
기기 정보(OS 버전, 앱 버전, 기기 모델)
푸시 알림 토큰과 앱 언어
광고 식별자(Google AdMob 광고 표시용)
앱 이용 통계(화면 조회·앱 실행 같은 사용 기록, 앱 설치마다 무작위로 정해지는 식별자, 국가·도시 수준의 대략적 위치) — Google Analytics for Firebase

※ 이용 통계는 Google 계정 정보와 연결하지 않으며(Google 신호 데이터 사용 안 함) 광고 개인 최적화에 쓰지 않습니다.

따라 말하기 채점은 휴대폰의 음성 인식 기능(Android·iOS)으로 합니다. 이 과정에서 기기 제공사(구글·애플)가 음성을 처리할 수 있으며, 앱은 녹음을 저장하거나 서버로 보내지 않습니다.

2. 개인정보 수집·이용 목적

소셜 로그인을 통한 회원 식별
학습 기록을 기기 간 동기화하여 일관된 학습 경험 제공
서비스 개선을 위한 이용 통계 분석과 오류 수정(개인을 직접 알아볼 수 없는 형태로)
푸시 알림 발송(학습 리마인더 등)
광고 표시(서비스는 광고 수익으로 무료 제공됩니다)

3. 보유 및 이용 기간

원칙: 회원 탈퇴 시 즉시 모든 개인정보를 파기합니다.
음성: 앱이 녹음을 저장하거나 서버로 보내지 않으므로 보관하는 음성이 없습니다.
이용 통계(Google Analytics): 14개월이 지나면 자동 삭제
오류 정보(Crashlytics): 90일이 지나면 자동 삭제
관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보존 의무가 있는 정보는 해당 기간 동안 분리 보관 후 파기합니다.

4. 개인정보 처리위탁 및 국외 이전

서비스 제공을 위해 다음 업체에 처리를 위탁하고 있으며, 일부는 국외(미국 등)에서 처리됩니다.

6. 회원 탈퇴

로그인한 상태에서 [설정 → 회원탈퇴]로 언제든 탈퇴할 수 있습니다(또는 contact@mumulabs.com 으로 요청). 탈퇴 즉시 보관 의무가 있는 항목 외 모든 개인정보가 파기됩니다.

7. 개인정보 안전성 확보 조치

9. 처리방침 변경

본 개인정보처리방침은 2026년 10월 7일부터 적용됩니다. 정책 변경 시 앱 내 공지와 이 페이지를 통해 사전에 안내합니다. 중대한 변경의 경우 30일 전 공지하며, 이용자의 권리를 축소하는 변경의 경우 별도 동의를 요청합니다.

mumulabs ("we") provides the ShadowingKorean app (Shadowing Korean: TOPIK Prep, "the app") for free, supported by ads. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.

1. Information we collect

When you sign in with a social account: the account identifier provided by that platform (Google or Apple identifier, and your email/nickname if you agree to share them)
If you use the app as a guest (without signing in), we do not collect the items above.

[Collected automatically]

Study records (sentences you practiced, pronunciation scores, streak, practice records)
Device information (OS version, app version, device model)
Push notification token and app language
Advertising identifier (used by Google AdMob to show ads)
App usage statistics (usage such as screen views and app opens, a random identifier set for each app install, approximate country/city-level location) — Google Analytics for Firebase
App error information (device and app state when a crash happens) — Firebase Crashlytics

Note: usage statistics are not linked to Google account information (Google signals is not used) and are not used for ad personalization.

[Voice]

Shadowing (repeat-after) scoring uses your phone's built-in speech recognition (Android or iOS). The device provider (Google or Apple) may process your voice for this; the app does not store recordings or send them to our servers.

2. Why we use it

To identify members who sign in with a social account
To sync your study records across devices
To analyze usage statistics and fix errors so we can improve the service (in a form that does not directly identify you)
To send push notifications (study reminders)
To show ads (the service is free and supported by ads)

3. How long we keep it

In principle, all personal information is destroyed as soon as you delete your account.
Voice: the app does not store recordings or send them to our servers, so we keep no voice data.
Usage statistics (Google Analytics): deleted automatically after 14 months
Error information (Crashlytics): deleted automatically after 90 days
Information that the law requires us to keep is stored separately for the required period and then destroyed.

4. Service providers and international transfers

We use the following providers to run the service; some of them process data outside Korea (for example, in the United States).

Google LLC (Firebase) — Purpose: authentication, database (Firestore), push notifications, usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase), error reports (Crashlytics) · Data: account identifier/email, study records, device information, app usage statistics and error information · Location: Google data centers (Firestore in the Seoul, Korea region)
Google LLC (Sign in with Google) — Purpose: social sign-in · Data: email
Apple Inc. (Sign in with Apple) — Purpose: social sign-in (iOS) · Data: email (or the relay email Apple provides if you hide your email)
Google LLC (AdMob) — Purpose: showing ads · Data: advertising identifier, device information

5. Your rights

You can ask at any time to:

see your personal information
correct errors
delete it
stop processing it

6. Deleting your account

While signed in, you can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account (or by emailing contact@mumulabs.com). All personal information is destroyed immediately, except items the law requires us to keep.

7. How we protect your information

Social sign-in — we never collect or store passwords (Firebase Authentication standard)
HTTPS encryption for all communication
The app never sends your voice to our servers (no recordings are stored)
Access is limited to the minimum necessary

9. Changes to this policy

This privacy policy applies from October 7, 2026. We will announce changes in the app and on this page in advance — 30 days in advance for major changes — and ask for your consent separately for changes that reduce your rights. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
